My name is Chinonso Obidike. I am an experienced Customer Support Specialist located in New York.  I efficiently handle customer requests via phone calls, emails, ticketing, and in-person interactions. I currently resolve 60+ daily customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
My strong technology background, which includes IT Support, programming skills and basic design skills gives me an edge in providing technical support to customers, and  quickly learning new software and applying them to new roles.
